How JoulesLabs Helped Build Crowdfundly: A Global Fundraising Platform
Timetics.AI was initiated on 15 May 2025 to solve a persistent problem faced by professionals, teams, and enterprises: scheduling inefficiency. While calendar tools existed, most focused only on bookings, leaving users to manage services, workflows, availability rules, and payments across disconnected systems.
JoulesLabs partnered with the Timetics.AI team to design and build a unified, AI-driven scheduling platform that treats time management as a core business workflow rather than a standalone calendar function. The platform officially launched as a SaaS product on 01 January 2026.

Phase 3: Crowdfundly for Creators (2023)
We designed a unified scheduling engine that combines availability logic, service configuration, automation, analytics, and payments into one coherent system. The architecture was built to support individuals, teams, and enterprises without structural changes.

The core engine integrates with Google Calendar, supports real-time slot updates, and applies timezone-aware logic to prevent conflicts and double bookings across global users.

Workflow Automation
Automated confirmations, reminders, service-based scheduling rules, and event logic removed manual coordination across sales, support, HR, and operations teams.
